The Project

Dit model heb ik gebouwd toen ik nog maar weinig verbouwing ervaring had en niet echt welke materialen er allemaal te koop waren om dingen zelf te kunnen maken. Dus vond ik het in 2010 tijd worden om het project opnieuw de doen.

I built this model when I had little building experience and wasn't really aware of the available materials for making things myself. So, in 2010, I decided it was time to revisit the project.

De eerste stap was het zorgvuldig uit elkaar halen van het bestaande model.

De Cabine en Chassis

The Cab en Chassis

Het was de bedoeling om er een dg cabine van te maken en daar ben ik toen ook mee begonnen. Best wel een lastig proces om dat netjes te krijgen.

Verder ook een begin gemaakt aan het chassis en daarna een proeffit gedaan van wat ik ogen had.

The intention was to make it a DG cabin, and that's what I started with. It was quite a difficult process to get it right.

I also started on the chassis and then did a test fit of what I had in mind.

Uit eindelijk dit model dus niet afgebouwd en uiteindelijk verkocht.

In the end this model was not finished and was eventually sold.
